Bald eagle saved from Brantford, Ont., dump looked like 'very smelly drowned rat,' wildlife custodian says
A soaking wet bald eagle that was unable to fly was rescued from the Brantford Landfill Site Scale and is recovering at a wildlife rehabilitation facility. "She was soaked to the skin," says the authorized wildlife custodian at Hobbitstee Wildlife Refuge.
