Judge says he must declare mistrial in Lindsay Clancy trial, gives defence one hour to appeal
Judge William Sullivan said on Friday that he would hold off on formally declaring a mistrial for an hour to give Clancy's defense lawyer, Kevin Reddington, the chance to file an emergency appeal so jurors could keep deliberating.
